Wow. Check out these 70s style high leg boots from Topshop. Ok, they're £120 but they're super versatile and will last for years to come. If you're worried about looking too 'ABBA' keep your look modern by wearing modern cut other pieces - avoid flared sleeves! Swapping your jeans for leggings will instantly modernise your outfit. Wear this seasons mid-thigh length shorts and a loose knit jumper, or vest top and chunky knit cardi. Mmmm so cosy! I've chosen 5 booties and 5 mules all from the high street... ok the UGGs are pricey but they're so cute with just the one pom pom! Next has definitely come out on top, there's even more great slippers on their website. I was tempted to buy the pair with the faux fur trim, pom poms, white/navy fairisle (for those 3 reasons!) but was put off by the price... I'm so glad I didn't now I've seen that cute bunny rabbit pair! They look just like a toy rabbit I had when I was younger. Adorable.

Everyone's talking about Silly Bandz

I really like these, but so far I've only seen them around for £4 a pack - seems too much for a few rubber bands? They are really cool and great fun. When they aren't being worn they are shapes of something be it a rabbit or a guitar, then you can wear them as bracelets. Take them off and they stay in their original shape.These celebs are sporting them too: Agyness Deyn, SJP, Mary-Kate Olsen, and more... [Disney stars] The press are lapping it up too - the cool kids are crazing over something intended for well, er, kids.
